Our aim is to deliver orders within 3-5 working days with many orders arriving with our customers sooner than this. We partner with DPD for shipping.

During busy periods, delivery may take 4–5 working days. Additional delays should be expected before Christmas and during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday period and occasional sitewide sales.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can return items within 14 days of the date your parcel was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Read more here.
