Can I cancel my order?

If you order hasn't been dispatched you can cancel by emailing customerservice@countryfarmsupplies.com or call 021 2339550.

If your order has been dispatched we will be unable to cancel it but will be able to guide you with the return/refund of eligible items. You can learn more about return/refunds here.

I want to place a large order. Can I get a quote?

We're happy to quote our customers for large orders. You can fill out our quote form here.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed before midday are often delivered next day however this depends on the time of year and our delivery partners. Generally, however, we advise that orders will be delivered within Ireland within 3 business days. International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout). Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes! Click & Collect is available from our Midleton depot during our opening hours below:

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can return items within 14 days of the date your parcel was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

You have two options to request a refund:

1. Self Service portal
To begin a return, log in to your Country Farm Supplies customer account using the same email address you used when placing your order. You don't need to remember/create a password for this account - a one time passcode will be sent to the email address entered.

If your item qualifies for return, you’ll be able to complete the process through our self-service returns portal.

2. Contact us directly
If you’d prefer to contact us directly you can email our team at customerservice@countryfarmsupplies.com to request a return.

Please include the following details in your message:

  • Your full name
  • Phone number
  • Order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Confirmation that the item(s) are in same condition as you received - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

Once we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you with the next steps. 

If your return is accepted you will be provided instruction on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Our return policy will extend during the Christmas period. Please get in touch if you have further questions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
It is important to note also that carriage/shipping charges will not be refunded.

Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once accepted we will process your refund within 7 days. It can take up to 10 business days for your refund to be returned to your original payment method.

CFS Rewards 🏆

What is CFS Rewards?

CFS Rewards is our free loyalty programme designed to enhance your shopping experience. Simply sign up and start collection points as you spend. You can learn more via the CFS Rewards page here!

Is it free to join?

Yes! The CFS Rewards programme is completely free to join - there are no costs or fees for signing up. It’s our way of saying thank you and giving something back to our loyal customers.

How do I earn and redeem points?

You will earn 1 loyalty point for every €1 spent on countryfarmsupplies.com. You'll also automatically earn 100 points when you register a new account on our website.

Your loyalty points can be used to redeem discount vouchers via your account. You can log into your account via the account icon on the main menu bar of the website.

  • 500 points can redeem a 5% discount voucher for an order over €50
  • 1000 points can redeem a 10% voucher for an order over €100
  • 1500 points can redeem a 15% voucher for an order over €150


You can continue collecting points for as long as you like. The maximum discount available in a single redemption is 15%, achieved by redeeming 1500 points.

Please note only one voucher can be used per order, and vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

Do my points expire?

Your points do not expire, so you can keep collecting them for as long as you like.

However, once you redeem your points and create a discount voucher, the voucher must be used within 3 months of issue.

Full Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • CFS Rewards - the points based loyalty programme from Country Farm Supplies is open only to registered customers with an active Country Farm Supplies account.
  • Accounts must be created with a valid email address.
  • The programme is available to customers aged 18 or over and located within our shipping regions.
  • CFS Rewards is not open to wholesale / trade accounts. We're working on something behind the scenes on this so watch this space!

2. Earning Points

  • Points are earned on qualifying purchases only (excluding VAT, delivery charges, or gift cards unless specified).
  • At times points may not be earned on discounted or promotional items.
  • Points are credited once an order has been fully paid and dispatched.
  • Returned, refunded, or cancelled orders will result in points being deducted from the customer’s balance.

3. Redeeming Points

  • Points can be redeemed for discount vouchers as detailed in the “How do I redeem my points” section above.
  • Minimum spend thresholds will apply when using discount vouchers.
  • Reward vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with certain offers, promotions, or sale items unless explicitly permitted.
  • Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Once a voucher is issued, redeemed or has expired points cannot be reinstated.
  • Only one voucher can be used per order, and vouchers cannot be combined with any other promotions or discount codes.

4. Expiry of Points

  • Points do not expire however once a discount voucher has been generated customers will need to redeem within 3 months
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to redeem discount vouchers before they expire - Country Farm Supplies is unable to remind customers of this. If a voucher expires before use Country Farm Supplies cannot reissue a discount voucher and points will remain deducted from customer balance.

5. Account Use & Limitations

  • Points are not transferable between accounts and cannot be gifted, sold, or combined with other customer accounts.
  • Only one loyalty account per customer or email address is permitted.
  • Fraudulent activity (such as creating multiple accounts or manipulating purchases) may result in suspension or termination of the account and loss of points.

6. Programme Changes or Termination

  • Country Farm Supplies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Programme at any time without prior notice.
  • If the programme is discontinued, reasonable efforts will be made to allow customers to redeem points or vouchers before termination.
  • Points or vouchers not used by the termination date will become invalid and hold no monetary value.

7. Errors & Adjustments

  • Country Farm Supplies reserves the right to correct point balances or voucher values in the event of system errors, cancellations, or suspected misuse.
  • In case of any discrepancy, the decision of Country Farm Supplies will be final.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
  • Email addresses used for points tracking will not be shared with third parties except as required to operate the loyalty programme.


Participation in the CFS Rewards Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
