We aim to respond to all emails in a timely manner. Our team are available Monday to Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm. Please include your Order Reference number for a quick response.

After we have dispatched your order, our courier will contact you via email, regarding delivery updates and options to track your delivery. We offer FREE delivery for all orders over €199.99 Incl VAT placed online for delivery in Ireland. Please note certain items have a bulky shipping charge which is separate to the free delivery we offer.

If you place an order online, we will contact you if any of your items are out of stock with current lead times or alternatives if suitable.

International Buyers Notice

We would like our international customers to know when shipping orders internationally there may be additional charges incurred when the order is processed through customs. Charges such as import duties, taxes, and other customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The charges are assessed by the receiving country's customs office and are determined by the listed value of the package. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the delivering freight/shipping company. Please do not confuse these with shipping charges.

**PLEASE NOTE:  Due to the current circumstances delivery time may be extended. We will contact you directly if there is any delay or issues with your order. We use an external courier company and therefore cannot guarantee delivery times if delayed by them due to situations beyond our control.

Click & Collect

Here at Country Farm Supplies, we offer free click & collect service.

How does it work?

1. Add your items to your basket and continue to check out as normal
2. Enter your address details if you do not already have an account with us
3. Select the store in which you wish to collect from
4. Checkout and pay as normal
5. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail
6. We will send you a pick-up notification when your parcel is ready

We will aim to get your parcel ready as soon as possible. Click and collect is only
available Monday – Friday.

Please do not travel to the store until we have notified you that your parcel is ready. To collect your order from our store, please have the order confirmation e-mail ready.

Pricing

Our aim is to ensure that there are no pricing errors online. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to contact customers, making you aware of the error.

We reserve the right to amend pricing based on suppliers pricing or duty taxes.

Availability

If we experience any issues with stock availability for an order, we will aim to notify customers with 24-48 hours. We try always ensuring that, availability of products is reflected accurately online. Although, errors with this can occur from time to time. If your order is going to be delayed beyond the typical delivery time frame period, we will get in touch with you.

If addresses are input incorrectly online, we cannot guarantee we will have been able to amend this. Please carefully input these details.

Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays. During busy periods (Christmas, any sale or holiday periods) please expect delays with orders.
