Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the day the parcel was delivered to you.
To start the returns process, please email us at customerservice@countryfarmsupplies.com please include the following information in the email.
- Your name
- Phone number
- Order ID #10000
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for return
After completing the above, a member of our team will be in touch with you.
At this moment, we do not offer free returns or an exchange service.
Before a return is sent back, it needs to be in the same condition they were supplied – including the original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories etc.
If an item, you received is damaged in transit to you, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Purchases when returned must be repackaged securely in the original packaging/box.
Please if you’re returning footwear, do not put return labels on the box. Any damage to the box will result in a charge of up to 25% the original order.
We do not accept responsibility for items damaged/lost while in transit to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on items on sale. For goods on sale, we can accept an exchange - depending on stock levels.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Also carriage won’t be refunded across our full range
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
All refunds are paid onto the original payment method. A refund when processed, can take up to 10 working days to show up in your account. This depends on your bank. Refunds will exclude any delivery costs.
