It comes with a timber base and nose band to secure the calf's head during the dehorning process. The backing chain prevents the calf from backing out of the unit. The head restraint can be adjusted depending on the size of the calf. There are rubber pads inside the unit to prevent injury to the calf and to reduce stress.
