Shipping policy

We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over €199 within the island of Ireland.

Standard Shipping

Orders under €199 are subject to a delivery charge of €8.99.

Bulky & Pallet Deliveries

Additional delivery charges apply to bulky, palletised or overweight items. Any applicable surcharge will be clearly displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

JFC Products

Please note that all JFC products have an estimated lead time of up to 14 working days.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

• Republic of Ireland: Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days.
• United Kingdom: Most orders are delivered within 4–5 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, adverse weather conditions, bank holidays, supplier delays or product availability. During particularly busy periods, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas and other promotional events, delivery may take slightly longer than normal.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within the expected timeframe due to stock availability or supplier delays, we will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours of your order being placed with an update on your order.

Simply select Click & Collect at checkout if you wish to collect your order.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Please wait until you receive a "Ready for Collection" email before travelling to our warehouse, as your order may still be in the process of being picked and prepared.

When collecting your order, please have your order confirmation email or order number available.

If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, please let us know in advance or ensure they have your order number and the name the order was placed under.

Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation so we can investigate the matter with our courier.

Any damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported to Country Farm Supplies within 7 days of receiving your order. Please quote your order number and include photographs where applicable so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Unfortunately, claims reported outside these timeframes may be difficult to investigate and we reserve the right to decline claims where a significant period has elapsed since delivery.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your Eircode (or postcode for UK deliveries) and delivery address are entered correctly when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

To help us respond as quickly as possible, please send one email per enquiry. Sending multiple emails about the same order creates duplicate support tickets and may delay our response. If you need to add further information, simply reply to your original email so all correspondence remains together.
