Please note: our phone line is for phone sales only. Our small team uses email to ensure order enquiries are handled as accurately as possible.
Returns/Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can return items within 14 days of the date your parcel was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note: damaged or missing parcels must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation so we can contact DPD in time.
Please note: sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
Country Farm Supplies is not responsible for items damaged during return transit. All returns must be securely packaged and must not be sent back using the product’s original packaging alone (for example, a return label placed directly on a shoe box). If items are returned without appropriate outer packaging and are damaged as a result, a 25% deduction will be applied to the refund.
You have two options to request a refund:
1. Self Service portal
To begin a return, log in to your Country Farm Supplies customer account using the same email address you used when placing your order. You don't need to remember/create a password for this account - a one time passcode will be sent to the email address entered.
If your item qualifies for return, you’ll be able to complete the process through our self-service returns portal.
2. Contact us directly
If you’d prefer to contact us directly you can email our team at customerservice@countryfarmsupplies.com to request a return.
Please include the following details in your message:
- Your full name
- Phone number
- Order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Confirmation that the item(s) are in same condition as you received - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
Once we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you with the next steps.
If your return is accepted you will be provided instruction on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

While we make the effort to ensure that prices and product information on our website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If an error in pricing or product details is discovered after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or refund any affected orders. If your order is cancelled due to a pricing error, you will be notified as soon as possible and refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
It is important to note also that carriage/shipping charges will not be refunded.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
