The QKACE1206 3/8in Drive 6in Impact Extension Bar is a heavy-duty impact-rated accessory designed to provide additional reach when working with recessed, obstructed or difficult-to-access fasteners.
Manufactured from chrome molybdenum steel (Cr-Mo), the extension bar is built to withstand the repeated shock loads generated by compatible impact tools. Its black phosphate finish helps protect the surface against corrosion and workshop wear, while the longer 6in body provides improved access to fasteners located deeper inside engine bays, machinery and structural assemblies.

Instructions for Use

• Confirm that the extension bar drive size matches the impact wrench and socket being used.
• Inspect the extension bar before use and do not use it if cracked, twisted or excessively worn.
• Attach the extension securely to the 3/8in drive tool.
• Fit a compatible impact socket fully onto the opposite end.
• Ensure all drive connections are fully engaged before applying power.
• Keep the extension aligned with the fastener during use.
• Avoid excessive side loading or operating the extension at an angle.
• Use only with impact-rated sockets and compatible impact tools.
• Do not use additional adaptors unless they are also impact rated.
• After use, wipe the extension clean and store it in a dry location.
