Delivery is free on orders over €199 in the Republic of Ireland. Below that, delivery is calculated at checkout by parcel size. Most orders ship within 1–5 working days, depending on volume. We stock over 15,000 lines and can't keep everything on the shelf, so special-order items can take longer; if yours will, we'll email you with an expected date.

In-stock items usually leave us within 1–5 working days, depending on how busy we are, and arrive 1–2 days after that in Ireland (longer to the UK). Items marked Special order are ordered in from the supplier for you and can take 1–3 weeks depending on the brand. We email you as soon as we have a date, and you can reply to that email with any question.

Yes. UK delivery charges depend on parcel size, weight and destination, and customs or import charges may apply. If the final charge differs from the amount shown, we'll contact you before your order is processed.

Yes, choose Click & Collect at checkout and collect from our store in Midleton, Co. Cork. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours; we'll email you when it's ready.

Go to our returns page: the rules in plain words, how to pack it, and a returns form for every order. 14 days to tell us, return postage is yours to arrange, everything goes back inside a separate outer parcel, and damaged packaging or a used item means a reduced refund. Trade accounts have a restocking fee and can't return damaged packaging.

On a prescription product, choose either I already have a valid prescription and enter your prescription number, or CFS, arrange my prescription to complete a short VetPal assessment. A vet reviews it before the product can be dispensed.
