Returns & exchanges

• 14 days to tell usFill in the form within 14 days of delivery. After that, we don't take change-of-mind returns.
• Unused, tags on, in its own packagingA used item, or one whose product packaging is damaged or missing, is refunded less the drop in value. For boxed goods like boots that can be most of the price.
• Return postage is yours to arrangeWe don't cover the cost of sending a change-of-mind return back. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt; we can't refund what doesn't arrive.
• Everything goes back inside another parcelBoots, clothing, tools, anything: the product and its own packaging go inside a separate outer box or mailing bag. Never a courier label on the product box, never the product box on its own. If it arrives that way, the rule above applies.
• Faulty or wrong item? That's on usTell us on the form and we'll sort the return and the postage. Please don't send anything back until we've emailed you.

Print the returns form (PDF)Fill it in and put it inside the parcel. It's the file cfs-returns-form.pdf in the theme if you want to replace it.

1. Fill in the form. You'll get an email within 1 working day with a returns number and the address.
2. Pack it as above with the printed form inside, the returns number on the outside, and post it tracked.
3. We check it when it lands and email you the same day.
4. Refunds go back to your original payment within 5 working days of that email. Exchanges ship the same way as a new order.
