Description
Keep your milking equipment pristine and productive with a chlorinated, low-foaming caustic liquid circulation cleaner designed for dairy hygiene. This phosphate-free formula delivers boosted cleaning performance, helping to prevent water scale while ensuring reliable results between milking sessions.
Application:
Pre-clean with water. Then clean at 1.0% (room temperature, 10 min.) or 0.7% (70°C; 10 min.). Rinse with water of excellent drinking quality. For best results, use 12–13 times per week in rotation with an acid cleaner once or twice weekly.
Why choose this cleaner:
Chlorinated power: An alkaline chlorinated formulation provides enhanced cleaning properties for dependable hygiene.
Versatile use: Suitable for all kinds of standard milking equipment, including cooling tanks, in both parlours and bulk tanks.
Flexible temperatures: Effective for hot and cold washes to fit your routine and energy goals.
Water compatible: Works with both hard and soft water to maintain consistent cleaning performance.
Key features:
- Boosted cleaning properties with low foam for efficient circulation
- Helps prevent water scale and residue build-up
- Suitable for all standard milking systems, including cooling tanks
- Performs in hot or cold conditions and varying water hardness
- Phosphate-free formula supporting sustainable dairy hygiene
Ideal for daily CIP routines, this dairy equipment cleaner supports thorough, consistent hygiene while protecting system efficiency and milk quality.
