Parloursan CF Detergant Concentrated Cleaning Formula for Dairy Parlours and Equipment

Optimize hygiene in milking parlours with a powerful, non-chlorine caustic detergent designed for routine CIP cleaning and descaling. Formulated with HEDP 60, sodium hydroxide, and EDTA, this liquid solution penetrates residues, lifts organic soils, and helps prevent scale formation for consistent, reliable results.

Ideal for cleaning milking machines and bulk tanks, it supports low TBC performance when used as part of a complete hygiene protocol: clean, sterilize, and remove milk stone/descale. The inclusion of sequestrants and dispersants enhances water conditioning and boosts cleaning efficiency, helping maintain system integrity and throughput.

Key benefits:

• Non-chlorine caustic detergent suitable for milking parlours and dairy equipment.
• Effective on organic soils and milk residues; aids in milk stone prevention and removal.
• HEDP 60 and EDTA improve scale control and cleaning action in hard water.
• Liquid caustic format is cost-effective and easier to handle than powder alternatives.
• Supports low total bacterial count (TBC) when used within a validated cleaning routine.

Application: Use as directed for cleaning milking lines, clusters, and bulk tanks, followed by appropriate sterilization and descaling steps. Regular use helps maintain equipment cleanliness, reduce downtime, and protect milk quality.

Choose a dependable liquid caustic detergent to streamline dairy hygiene, enhance equipment longevity, and promote consistent, high-quality production.
