This is a prescription-only medicine. How would you like to provide your prescription?

Enter the number from your vet's prescription. We check it before your order is dispensed.

  1. Open VetPal and complete the short assessment.
  2. Come back to this page.
  3. Enter the VetPal reference you received and confirm below.

Dispatch times. Most orders ship within 1–5 working days. We stock over 15,000 lines and can't keep everything on the shelf, so special-order items can take longer. If yours will, we'll email you with an expected date.

Returns. 14 days to tell us. Unused, tags on, in its own packaging, sent back inside a separate outer parcel at your cost; damaged packaging or a used item means a reduced refund. Trade accounts: restocking fee, no returns with damaged packaging. Faulty or wrong items are on us. Start a return.
