Prescription required

This is a prescription-only medicine. How would you like to provide your prescription?

Enter the number from your vet's prescription. We check it before your order is dispensed.

  1. Open VetPal and complete the short assessment.
  2. Come back to this page.
  3. Enter the VetPal reference you received and confirm below.

A vet reviews your request before the product can be dispensed. Opening VetPal on its own doesn't complete this step.

You'll get this reference when you submit the VetPal assessment.

Returns. 14 days to tell us. Unused, tags on, in its own packaging, sent back inside a separate outer parcel at your cost; damaged packaging or a used item means a reduced refund. Trade accounts: restocking fee, no returns with damaged packaging. Faulty or wrong items are on us. Start a return.
