Shipping Policy
Busy season – please read
We’re a small family team in Midleton, and this is our busiest time of year. We’re handling a lot of orders, so deliveries may take longer than the usual times below.
Some items come in from our suppliers. If a supplier’s delivery to us is delayed, the date for your item can move back too. If your order is affected, we’ll be in touch.

Delivery costs
- Free delivery on orders over €199.
- Orders under €199: €8.99 delivery charge.
- Extra charges apply to items sent by pallet and to heavier items over a certain weight.
Delivery times
- Items in stock: usually 3–5 working days. We deliver with DPD and Prompto.
- Special order items: 7–14 working days – but we’ll always do our best to dispatch them faster.
- Delivery can take longer at busy times, especially around Christmas.
Click & Collect
Collection from our Midleton warehouse (Sheanliss, Midleton, Co. Cork, P25 Y6K7) is free. Choose it at checkout and wait for your “Ready for Collection” email before you come in.
Your Eircode
Please check your Eircode carefully at checkout. We can’t be responsible for problems caused by an incorrect Eircode.
