About the Excellent Toprium Energy Liquid
Energy around calving for dairy cattle
Toprium is a liquid complementary feed for dairy cattle around calving. It supports the cow's energy supply during this critical phase and helps give a good start to lactation. Very palatable and easy to give via the ration, dosing systems or a drench gun.
Energy (glycerine)
Rapidly absorbed glycerine is the main energy source, supporting energy balance when requirements are high and feed intake is often reduced. Also contains dextrose and minerals.
Rumen stimulator
Supports the activity of rumen bacteria for better use of the ration.
Biotin
Supports energy metabolism and strong, healthy hooves.
When to use
From 3 weeks before calving until 8 weeks after calving. Also for increased energy needs, heat stress or reduced feed intake.
Feeding instructions
80-160 ml per cow per day (around 100 ml on average). Via dosing systems, top-dressed at the feed fence, mixed in the TMR, or directly with a drench gun.
Composition
Glycerine, dextrose. Additives per kg: cobalt 95 mg, biotin 100 mg, calcium lactate 5,660 mg.
