About the Vires Zirconia Flap Disc
High-Performance Zirconia Flap Discs
Engineered for efficiency and durability, these abrasive flap discs deliver consistent results for blending, deburring, surface preparation, and weld dressing. The tough zirconia grain self-sharpens under pressure, providing fast cut rates, cooler grinding, and longer service life on ferrous and non‑ferrous metals, stainless steel, and hard alloys.
- Premium zirconia abrasive for aggressive stock removal and smooth finishing
- Optimized flap layout for stable contact, reduced vibration, and even wear
- Ideal for edge work, beveling, rust removal, and weld cleanup
- Compatible with standard angle grinders; quick, reliable performance
- Multiple grit options available for coarse removal through fine finishing
Select a coarser grit for rapid material removal and weld dressing, or a finer grit for blending and achieving a cleaner finish. Designed to maintain cutting efficiency while minimizing heat buildup, these discs help you work faster with greater control and a superior surface quality.
