Delivery Information

Free Shipping:
We offer free delivery on orders over €199* within the island of Ireland.

Standard Shipping:
Orders under €199 are subject to an €8 delivery charge.

Bulky Items:
Please note that surcharges apply to bulky or palletised items, or products exceeding certain weight limits, regardless of cart total. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

Our aim is to deliver orders within 3–5 working days. We partner with DPD to achieve this. During busy periods, delivery may take 4–5 working days. Additional delays should be expected before Christmas and during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday period and occasional sitewide sales.

If, due to stock availability, we are unable to dispatch your order within the timeframe above, we will do our best to contact you within 48 hours of your order being placed.

Please ensure that your Eircode is entered correctly when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information. You can verify your Eircode here.

Delivery Completion
Delivery is deemed complete once the courier confirms delivery to the delivery address, including the Eircode, provided at checkout. Proof of delivery provided by the courier, including delivery photographs or GPS confirmation, will be accepted as confirmation of delivery.

Unattended / Contactless Delivery
Our couriers may deliver parcels without obtaining a signature. Where delivery is completed to the address provided at checkout, unattended or contactless delivery is considered valid delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss or theft occurring after delivery has been completed.

Reporting Delivery Issues
Any delivery issues, including non-receipt or misdelivery, must be reported to us within 48 hours of the courier marking the order as delivered. Issues reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation or recovery.
