Product Details

With a high zinc content for galvanic corrosion protection of steel surfaces.
Forms a galvanically active anti-corrosion film.
The metallic zinc powder acts as a “sacrificial anode”.
Corrosive media slowly convert it into a water-insoluble zinc oxide layer. This process and the layer that forms protects the base material from further attack.
Even if there are scratches in the paint layer, it still has a protective effect.

This anti-corrosion paint is used on trailers, ships, steel structures, fences, railway equipment, storage containers, etc.
A high mechanical resilience of the paint layer while at the same time being long-lasting

Contains no chlorinated or aromatic solvents and is free of lead and
Chromates.
The lacquer layer allows spot welding and can be painted over.
