Description
Description
Combi-box with Dairy Calcium and Dairy Energy boluses for dairy cows around calving.
Dairy Calcium (white cap) is a mineral dietary feed to reduce the risk of milk fever and subclinical hypocalcaemia. A source of highly absorbable calcium (fast and long-acting) which, with magnesium and vitamin D3, supports calcium metabolism.
Dairy Energy (yellow cap) is a dietary feed to reduce the risk of ketosis. A source of highly absorbable energy (propionates) with vitamins and plant extracts to support energy metabolism and the liver.
Feeding advice
Give 1 bolus of each (white and yellow cap) on the day of calving and repeat after 12 hours if desired.
Milk fever risk: 1 white bolus 12-24 hours before calving, immediately after calving, 10-12 hours after and 24 hours after calving.
Ketosis risk: if energy demand is high, 2 yellow boluses per day for 2-3 days.
For use between 3 weeks before and 6 weeks after calving. Give orally with a suitable applicator.
Content
12x Dairy Calcium (white cap) and 12x Dairy Energy (yellow cap)
